Top 5 NFL Running Backs Entering 2016

JGoodWithSports

Please note: This list has nothing to do with past accomplishments and accolades, but more so focusing on who are the best running backs right now.
Honorable Mentioned:

Doug Martin, Buccaneers

David Johnson, Cardinals

LeSean McCoy, Bills

Here we go!

5) Matt Forte, Jets

He’s one the most complete and consistent running backs in the NFL. From day one he’s showed his high ball carrying vision, his excellent hands and exceptional speed in the open field. He should adjust well in New York in a heavy run-style offense (wish you was still in Chicago).

4) Todd Gurley, Rams

This phenom has the rare combination of strength and speed. He missed the first few games last season due to recovering from a torn ACL in college. However, once he was ready he hit the field running and didn’t look back (making the Rams Organization and fantasy football owners happy).

Top 5 NFL Wide Receivers Entering 2016

JGoodWithSports

Please note: This list has nothing to do with past accomplishments and accolades, but more so focusing on who are the best wide receivers right now.
Honorable Mentioned:

Mike Evans, Buccaneers

AJ Green, Bengals

Jordy Nelson, Packers

Now to the list:

5) O’Dell Beckham Jr., Giants

O’Dell Beckham Jr is probably the most gifted reveiver in the NFL (the most gifted I’ve seen since Randy Moss). His spectacular-play ability is second to known right now. He can definitely climb this list once he continues to put in the work.

4) DeAndre Hopkins, Texans

After the departure of Andre Johnson (franchise best wide receiver), all of the potential of DeAndre Hopkins blossomed. Even with the disarray mediocrity of quarterbacks (Brian Hoyer and Ryan Mallet), Hopkins was still able to put top-tier wide receiver numbers last season. Hopefully the addition of Brock Osweiler will help elevate him to the next level.

Top 5 NFL Quarterbacks Entering 2016

JGoodWithSports

Please note: This list has nothing to do with past accomplishments and accolades, but more so focusing on who are the best quarterbacks right now.
Honarble Mentioned:

Andrew Luck, Colts

Carson Palmer, Cardinals

Drew Brees, Saints

Now on to the list.

5) Ben Roethlisburger, Steelers

When Jerome Bettis retired and “Big Ben” was given the keys to the offense, his passing numbers have gotten better every season. When Pittsburgh started adding weapons like Antonio Brown and Le’Veon Bell, Roethlisburger numbers started to excel and the team started to become a contender again (despite the subpar defense).

4) Russell Wilson, Seahawks

Usually Seattle’s success comes in the running game. However, with Marshawn Lynch and Thomas Rawls being banged up last season, Wilson was forced to win games with his arm. Doug Baldwin had a career year and a outstanding 3 to 4 game stretch due to Wilson’s efficiency. You add that…

The Big Fundamental

JGoodWithSports

Tim Duncan is one of the last NBA players to have played when Michael Jordan was still on the Chicago Bulls. With his retirement, the San Antonio Spurs won’t be the same. His legacy comes second to only a handful, and can definitely make a case to be in “the conversation” forTHE GREATEST(particularly at his position).

In his 19 seasons in the NBA, Duncan has never missed the playoffs. He’s won 5 NBA Titles (1999, 2003, 2005, 2007, 2014), 3-time NBA Finals MVP, 2-time league MVP, 15-time all star and is the master at shooting the ball off the glass. He’s definitely a top 10 player of all-time and can make a case for top 5 in my eyes.

Where do you rank Tim Duncan all-time?

How is his legacy compared to Kobe Bryant?

Compared to Shaq?

Will anybody that’s currently in the NBA be able to surpass…

First Edition

I am starting this journey at a time in my life when most people have already established careers, families and friends. I fell in love with some of the greatest sports and athletes in the world. I decided to use my words to share with the world my version of certain events that take place.

I don’t know where this journey is going to take me but one thing is for sure, I am going to work diligently to push boundaries and learn new things. To step out into the unknown and try things I’ve never tried.

Thank you to all of the amazing people in my life who constantly told me I can do this. You guys are such an amazing group of people. You gave me a confidence I didn’t know I had.

Reggie thanks for being my backbone and I hope I make you proud. I love you.

I hope you guys enjoy!
